The Suwa Domain (諏訪藩 Suwa-han ) was a Japanese feudal domain of the Edo period located in Shinano Province. Also called Takashima Domain (高島藩 Takashima-han), the domain was ruled from Takashima Castle, which is located in modern-day Suwa, Nagano Prefecture.

The Hineno clan ruled the domain from 1590 to 1601, and gave 30,000 koku to the Tozama daimyo each year.
The Suwa clan took control of the domain after the Hineno clan, and ruled it from 1601 to 1871. They originally gave 27,000 koku, but that amount fluctuated to 32,000 and then 30,000.
